Sonata Arctica

Hola!! ya tenia tiempo sin postear nada...pero aqui estoy otra vez con este disco de Sonata Arctica, es el mas reciente y ps espero q les guste, les dejo el disco un poco de su biografia:

Sonata Arctica es una banda de power metal finés proveniente de la ciudad de Kemi formada en 1996 bajo el nombre Tricky Beans, que después cambió a Tricky Means, y finalmente a Sonata Arctica, en 1999.
Sonata Arctica ha recibido la influencia de bandas como Stratovarius, Helloween, entre otras citadas por el grupo en diversas entrevistas. En sus últimas producciones (Reckoning Night y Unia), se evidencian elementos de metal progresivo y sinfónico añadidos a su sonido característico.

Limp Bizkit

Hola!! bueno pues esta vez decidi subir un disco de una de mis bandas favoritas: Limp Bizkit. Limp Bizkit es una banda de rap metal formada en Jacksonville, Florida, en 1994. Sus creadores fueron el líder y vocalista Fred Durst y el bajista Sam Rivers. Posteriormente se unirían el primo de Rivers John Otto como baterista, y el guitarrista Rob Waters, sustituido más tarde por Wes Borland. Un tiempo después se unió el ex miembro de House of Pain DJ Lethal como tocadiscos, completando la formación. Limp Bizkit es uno de los grupos más enérgicos dentro del género Nu metal, y concretamente dentro del rap metal o rapcore, y considerada también como una de las grandes bandas de finales de los años 90. Como base musical tiene géneros como el heavy metal, el metal alternativo y el rap, incorporando a veces elementos de thrash metal y funk.

Les dejo un album de uno de los mejores guitarristas: Alien love Secrets - Steve Vai.

Steven Siro “Steve” Vai es un guitarrista de rock Estadounidense, escritor, compositor, vocalista, productor, actor y apicultor. Vai es conocido principalmente por sus composiciones, actuaciones y producciones de música instrumental de guitarra, pero además ha participado en grabaciones de otros muchos artistas del rock. Es considerado uno de los principales guitarristas eléctricos, y un revolucionario dentro del rock instrumental.

En su juventud, Vai se interesó en grandes del rock como Jimmy Page, Brian May, Alice Cooper y Jimi Hendrix que fomentó su interés en aprender guitarra. Antes de ingresar en la Berklee College of Music, Vai tomó lecciones con el guitarrista en ascenso Joe Satriani y tocó en muchas bandas locales. Durante este tiempo adquiere la influencia de guitarristas como Jeff Beck y el guitarrista de fusión Allan Holdsworth.A los 12 años, Steve es atraído por el instrumento que luego iba a ser su profesión: la guitarra. Esto hace que empiece a tomar clases, con Joe Satriani quien tenia 16 años. Es aquí donde empieza la carrera de Vai como guitarrista.

Steve Vai conquistó el reconocimiento general trabajando para el legendario músico, productor y compositor Frank Zappa. Al principio Vai solo le hacia las transcripciones de sus partes de guitarra. Cumplido sus veinte años Frank le pidió a Vai que se uniera a la banda.

A principios de los años 1980 abandonó la banda de Zappa y grabó su primer disco como solista, "Flex-Able", y reemplazó a Yngwie J. Malmsteen como guitarra solista en Alcatrazz, aunque él mismo admitió más tarde no poder reemplazarle. Poco tiempo después saca su segundo disco solista "Flex-Able Leftovers" con temas grabados durante la preparación de su primer disco pero finalmente no incluidos. Entonces se unió al antiguo front-man de Van Halen, David Lee Roth para grabar dos álbumes, "Eat them and smile" y "Skyscraper", además de una versión en español del primero titulada "Sonrisa salvaje". En 1986 saltó a la pantalla grande apareciendo en el legendario duelo final de la película Crossroads (Cruce de caminos o Encrucijada) del director Walter Hill donde hizo el papel del guitarrista del diablo llamado Jack Butler enfrentadose a un joven guitarrista virtuoso de la escuela de Julliard en un duelo guitarristico Ralph Macchio.
